There is a tree in the northern desert of Jordan that has been green for the last 1400 years and it is said that it was rested by the Holy Prophet under this tree. And it is the power of Allah that this tree is safe even after centuries have passed. Tradition has it that no one could go under this tree and whoever tried to go under it would run away in fear. Christians believed that only prophets would die under this tree. There was a church near this tree, where a great monk of the Gospel lived in a monastery. Bahira was a recluse, did not go out of his monastery and had no contact with the people of the city at all. He used to watch every caravan from the window. But he did not see the entity he was looking for but one day a caravan from Arabia stopped there. He was accompanied by Maysara, who was a slave of Syeda Khadija.
